Terms of Service

Effective date: September 5, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of qoeagent.ai. They are not the agreement under which we perform work — that is your engagement letter.

The short version

  • This website is information. Your engagement letter is the contract.
  • Nothing here is accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
  • Do not send us confidential deal documents through the website. Ask us for a secure channel.
  • If the engagement letter and these terms disagree, the engagement letter wins.

Services are governed by the engagement letter

QoEAgent delivers quality of earnings (QoE) analyses, proof-of-cash procedures, and related financial due diligence. The scope, deliverables, fees, timing, standards, limitations, confidentiality obligations, and liability terms of any engagement are set out in a written engagement letter signed by both parties. Descriptions of our services on this website are summaries for prospective clients. They are not offers, guarantees of a particular outcome, or a description of what any specific engagement will include.

No professional advice

The articles, guides, checklists, and reference pages on this site are general information about M&A due diligence practice. They are not accounting, audit, attest, tax, legal, valuation, or investment advice, and they do not create a professional relationship between you and QoEAgent. Regulatory material we summarize — including U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Standard Operating Procedure requirements and accounting standards such as Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 820 and ASC 805 — changes over time. Confirm every requirement against the current official source text before relying on it. Do not act on anything you read here without advice from your own qualified professionals.

Confidential information

Do not transmit non-public financial information, personally identifiable information, or any confidential deal material through the contact forms or by ordinary email. Contact us first and we will provide a secure channel under a non-disclosure agreement. QoEAgent is not responsible for information you send outside an established secure channel.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or any connected system.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or copy the site for the purpose of building a competing service.
  • Do not use the site to transmit malware or to interfere with its operation.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a company.
