Effective date: September 5, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information QoEAgent collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to qoeagent.ai and to the quality of earnings (QoE) and proof-of-cash services we deliver under engagement letters.

Two very different kinds of information
It matters which bucket your information falls into, because we treat them differently.
1. Website information
When you visit qoeagent.ai or submit a contact form, we may collect your name, business email address, company, the message you send, and standard technical data your browser transmits (Internet Protocol address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page). We use this only to respond to you, to operate and secure the site, and to understand which pages are useful.
2. Client engagement data
When you engage QoEAgent, you share non-public financial information about a target company: trial balances, general ledger detail, bank statements, merchant settlement records, lease agreements, and similar documents. This is the sensitive category, and it is governed by your engagement letter and non-disclosure agreement (NDA), not by this website policy alone.
How we handle client engagement data
- Encryption. Advanced Encryption Standard 256-bit (AES-256) at rest and Transport Layer Security 1.3 (TLS 1.3) in transit.
- Access control. Role-based access control (RBAC), enforced multi-factor authentication (MFA), and least-privilege access.
- Data isolation. Tenant separation, with no cross-client data exposure.
- No AI training. Client data is never used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models — ours or anyone else’s.
- Audit logging. Full activity logs on an immutable trail, subject to a retention policy.
- Location. Data is processed in the United States on Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) compliant cloud infrastructure.

What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share client engagement data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use client engagement data to train AI models.
- We do not serve third-party advertising on this site.
Service providers
We use a limited set of vendors to run the business — cloud hosting, email, website analytics, and document processing. Each is bound by contract to protect the information it handles and to use it only to provide the service to us.
How long we keep information
Website inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Client engagement data is retained per the retention terms in the applicable engagement letter, then deleted. If you want engagement data deleted sooner, write to security@qoeagent.ai and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Email security@qoeagent.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies that tell us which pages are read. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Children
This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes affecting active engagements, notify the client contact directly.
