QoEAgent is an AI-driven financial due diligence platform that automates proof-of-cash reconciliation for private-company acquisitions. By reconciling general ledger activity to independently prepared bank statements, the platform speeds this task and generates GAAP-style balance sheets, trailing-twelve-month P&Ls, and a cash flow statement to support quality-of-earnings analysis within a secure platform designed to protect sensitive financial information and support institutional transaction advisory clients with strict data privacy protocols. QoEAgent was founded by Ron Neufeld (CPA/ABV), Josh Cashman (CFA), and Dr. Tom Yeh of the University of Colorado Boulder.
